St. Jude Dream Home Scheduled May 20-June 18
Tickets will be available March 21 for the 2017 Nashville St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway® campaign. The house is under construction by Signature Homes in the Jackson Hills neighborhood in Mt. Juliet.
The home will be open to the public Saturdays and Sundays May 20 through June 18. Hours will be from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturdays and from noon-5 p.m. Sundays. Local volunteers will assist in staffing the open house hours. Those who visit the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway® house can register to win a $10,000 furniture shopping spree at Ashley HomeStore.
Jackson Hills is a one-of-a-kind community featuring amenities never before offered in Mt. Juliet. Homeowners will enjoy resort-style living with a 1,500 square foot fitness center, a coffee bar, 5,000 square feet of party and meeting rooms, volleyball courts, an outdoor amphitheater, and a tropical beach entry pool, as well as a canoe launch. Other features include a 3-mile walking trail and a dog park, as well as community fire pits and a picnic pavilion. Homes in the community range from $275,000 to $515,900.
Celebrating its 13th anniversary, the Nashville St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway campaign has become one of the leading ones in the country, raising more than $16 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
The focal point of the campaign is the home being built and donations coordinated by Signature Homes. Valued at approximately $450,000, the approximately 3,300 sq. ft. home features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spa master bath, a gourmet kitchen, and a custom kids playroom.
National sponsors include BRIZO, Shaw Floors, and Trane.
Tickets will be reserved for $100 each. The Grand Prize is the home itself and ticket buyers will also have a chance to win a number of additional prizes, including a new car and more.
The earlier tickets are reserved, the more prizes the participant has the opportunity to win. Tickets reserved by March 24 are eligible to win the Tickets on Sale prize, a CMA Awards® package including two lower level tickets to the 51st annual CMA Awards®, a luxurious one-night stay, and a full styling session with a celebrity stylist, courtesy of the Country Music Association®, Hotel Indigo, and The Showroom Nashville.
Those reserving tickets by April 1 will be eligible to win the Early Bird prize: a trip to meet Jason Aldean at any of his 2017 shows, including hotel and airfare, courtesy of the BIG 98.
Those who reserve a ticket by June 23 are eligible to win the Bonus Prize: a 2017 Ford Escape, courtesy of Two Rivers Ford. Other prizes include a Brizo® Artesso® Articulating Kitchen Faucet with SmartTouch® Technology in stainless steel finish, a $1,000 VISA gift card courtesy of All My Sons Moving & Storage, two Segway tours of downtown Nashville for six people courtesy of iRide Nashville and a $1,000 gift card from Shaw Floors.
