Easy Chicken & Dumplings
A great crockpot recipe that I created for my family.
- 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp chicken flavored better than bouillon
- 1/2 bag baby carrots cut in half or quarters
- 4-5 cups warm water to melt the bouillon
- 2 rolls biscuits
Turn crockpot on high. Place chicken into crockpot. Add cut up carrots. Mix in chicken bouillon and water. Stir. Cook until carrots are softened and chicken is cooked. Use a fork to pull apart the chicken into smaller pieces. Break open 1 roll of biscuits. Tear each biscuit into 4-5 pieces and toss on top of chicken mixture. Put lid back on crockpot and cook until dumplings are done. Stir into chicken mixture. Repeat with the other can of dumplings. Cook until dumplings are done. Serve with your favorite vegetable.
