Fall Real Estate Agent Educational Summit set Oct. 10

An all-day session (9 a.m.-4 p.m.) designed to help real estate agents boost their income is scheduled October 10 at the Home Builders of Middle Tennessee (HBAMT) headquarters in Brentwood. The day, featuring three speakers, offers 5 continuing education credits and lunch.

Michelle Moore, award-winning author, speaker, leadership coach, sales trainer, and creator of the RESP® national designation course, will serve as the instructor for a session called “Systems, Checklists, Apps, and Tools to Help You Make More Money.”

Adonis Lenzy, speaker, author, podcast, and TV show host will coach attendees on “Maximizing Your Uniqueness,” while Robert Elam, USS certified structural technician and foundation expert will cover “How to Save a Sale with Concrete Leveling Problems.

Moore will wrap up the day’s presentations with “Things I wish I Knew When I Got My Real Estate License.”

In addition, those attending will be able to meet and network with fellow agents and play games that will help internalize what they’ve learned while having fun and being encouraged and motivated.

Reservations are required for the five CE course and admission is $75/person.
