Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • dash salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 bottle maple syrup or pancake syrup
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter for greasing skillet

Instructions

  1. In large mixing bowl beat eggs then add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla (you can also use almond extract). Mix well and add milk. Grease skillet and heat until you can take a drop of water and it makes a sizzling noise. Drop pancakes into skillet so they aren't touching. You can make them any size or shape you like. When bubbles appear on the 1st side flip them over. Do not over or under cook. Keep flipping until they are golden brown.
