Ingredients

2 eggs, separated beat the egg whites, set egg yolks aside
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
pinch salt
1/4 cup cake flour
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pint fresh strawberries cut
1 container whipped cream

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sift dry ingredients, flour and baking powder. Fold beaten egg whites into batter and bake for 20 to 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let cool. Top with fresh cut strawberries and whipped cream
