Located on a beautiful Brentwood hilltop, with a stunning view, is the latest Trace Construction home in the stately, gated community of Cartwright Close. This exclusive community boosts several their homes which have really raised the bar on craftsmanship and outdoor living.

Entering into the summer months in Tennessee, the real estate market remains strong with this latest home receiving a contract on the day it was listed by Realtor Lisa Culp Taylor, LCT Team – Parks, which she says is a reflection of the market and the popularity of Trace Construction homes.

“Finding a luxury home surrounded by multiple acres with these types of finishes and outdoor living is unique.  Lindsay Butler and his Trace Construction team have really earned their spot as a top Middle Tennessee home builder,” Taylor said. “This home was also sold fully furnished with furniture and accessories carefully selected by talented interior designer, Cara Brock.”

Open floor plan homes continue to be a strong preference in Middle Tennessee.  Trace has added an interesting element in another Cartwright Close home by using a two-sided, soaring stone fireplace to break up the space.

Trending in Middle Tennessee are two bedrooms on the main level which Taylor says continues to be an important option with three even more popular.

“People are definitely gravitating toward main level living but still want to the square footage you can achieve with the two and three story home,” Taylor said.  “In the Trace Construction home which recently sold, it had three main level bedrooms as well as a large upstairs bedroom which could easily be used as a primary bedroom space, always a great feature. The Trace team does a great job of planning for flexible living.”

Nationally, the top pandemic renovation project was outdoor living. Always a priority, the kitchen ranked second and a tie for third was the home office and gym says Taylor.  Trace Construction has really helped take outdoor living next level with their latest homes which include incredible pools with multiple fun features and covered porches. One very unique element is using clear, glass garage doors to weave the outdoors with the interiors expanding the entertaining spaces.

Lindsay Butler heads Trace Construction and has many years of experience building in the Nashville area. “I started at the bottom and worked from the ground up. I have seen and done just about every step of the construction process. This helped me hone my skills and really understand what goes into creating a spectacular custom home. I went into business for myself because I was working for someone else and really wanted to do things at a higher level of quality and creativity. I wanted to be able to work more closely with each homeowner, really developing a lasting relationship with each one of them,” he said.

As a Realtor, Taylor is considered one of the top agents in Middle Tennessee for her professionalism, meticulous attention-to-detail and a specialized marketing formula. She leads a thirteen-member real estate team known for leveraging real estate resources with a creative and tenacious spirit while delivering a synergy of success for each LCT Team client.

“I have the pleasure of working with almost a dozen home builders, each unique, special and the best at what they do.  Working with Lindsay and his team is always a pleasure because they are talented, creative, very responsive and easy to work with,” Taylor said. “His homes are definitely changing the architectural landscape of our area and we’re hoping to reveal more in the future so follow along on our Instagram.”
