Two sessions of “Build Your Business Selling New Construction,” a course that will earn attending realtors 2 CE credits, is being offered on Thursday, October 25. Michelle Moore, noted trainer and host of the Power of Real Estate, will serve as the instructor for the course, which is offered at two times – from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. and from 1 p.m.-3 p.m. at the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee (HBAMT) headquarters in Brentwood.

Moore, an award-winning author, speaker, leadership coach, and sales trainer, as well as creator of the REP® national designation course, is the course presenter. “This course will dramatically increase your business by allowing you to learn the five secrets to getting builder business,” she says. Attendees will discover the insider secrets that only the pros of the new home sales industry know.

In addition, those attending will be able to master the step-by-step process of selling new construction, as well as the quick and easy way to eliminate receiving low offers on the new homes one lists.

Reservations are required for the two-hour course and admission is $35/person or $25/person for Home Builder Association of Middle Tennessee members.
