Parade of Homes 2017

Parade of Homes at Witherspoon Oct. 7-22 Construction is underway on the houses taking part in the 2017 Pinnacle Financial Partners Parade of Homes™. The highly anticipated custom home tour will open Saturday, October 7 and continue daily through Sunday, October 22 at the Witherspoon community in Brentwood. Hours are from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Admission is $12 per person and children 12 and under are admitted free of charge.

HBAMT Home Show Slated February 13-15 If you’re considering remodeling or redecorating your home, or would just like to see what’s new in home improvement, the HBAMT’s Home Show slated January 13-15 at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds is a great place to start. Hours are 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $10 per person and children aged 12 and under are admitted free of charge.

2016 Home Show Slated January 29-31 The 2016 Home Show sponsored by the Home Builders of Middle Tennessee is scheduled January 29-31 at the Tennessee Stata Fairgrounds. Last year marked the show’s return to the state fairgrounds from the AgExpo Park in Williamson County and attendance, despite a weekend of bitter cold and ice drew remarkable crowds, according to Lori Fisk-Conners, past president of the HBAMT’s associates council and in charge of last year’s event.

Nolensville Sherwood Green Estates Parade of Homes

  Nolensville’s Sherwood Green Estates is the site for Parade of Homes™ sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee. Four homes built by three builders will be open for tours as part of the event. Parade builders are Arnold Homes, Landmark Homes of Tennessee, and Regent Homes. A sophisticated cottage, the Arnold Homes house features a courtyard entry, white painted brick, and an exposed brick fireplace.
