Parade of Homes at Witherspoon

Witherspoon development in Brentwood was the site of the  2017 Pinnacle Financial Partners Parade of Homes™.           Sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee (HBAMT), the event featured an impressive cast of local construction professionals and interior designers.         The houses ranged from Castle Homes’ 6,748 square foot contemporary English Country house to Ford Custom Classic Homes’ 9,000 square foot home, which the builder describes as Rustic Elegance.         The six builders included Barlow Builders, Castle Homes, Ford Custom Classic Homes, Legend Homes, and Schumacher Homes, and Stonegate …

Parade of Homes 2017

Parade of Homes at Witherspoon Oct. 7-22 Construction is underway on the houses taking part in the 2017 Pinnacle Financial Partners Parade of Homes™. The highly anticipated custom home tour will open Saturday, October 7 and continue daily through Sunday, October 22 at the Witherspoon community in Brentwood. Hours are from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Admission is $12 per person and children 12 and under are admitted free of charge.

Nolensville Sherwood Green Estates Parade of Homes

  Nolensville’s Sherwood Green Estates is the site for Parade of Homes™ sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee. Four homes built by three builders will be open for tours as part of the event. Parade builders are Arnold Homes, Landmark Homes of Tennessee, and Regent Homes. A sophisticated cottage, the Arnold Homes house features a courtyard entry, white painted brick, and an exposed brick fireplace.
