Quick and easy biscuit recipe.

  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup cooking oil
  • 2/3 cup milk


  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.

    Mix together flour, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl. Set aside.

    In another mixing bowl add oil, and milk but don't stir.

    Pour all at once into flour mixture. Stir with fork until mixture clings to sides of bowl and rounds up into a ball. Make about 16 biscuit ball. Place on baking sheet.

    Bake about 10 to 20 minutes on ungreased pan.

    Makes about 16 biscuits.
