Artichoke Dip

Yummy dip to make at home.

Cook Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz container artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Mix ingredients and pour into a small, greased 3 cup casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips or crackers.
