Artichoke Dip
Yummy dip to make at home.

Ingredients
- 1 14 oz container artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Mix ingredients and pour into a small, greased 3 cup casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips or crackers.
