Lasagna Recipe

1 ½ lbs. ground beef

2 tbps. Olive oil

1 cloves garlic, crushed

1 onion, chopped fine

1 8 oz. can tomato sauce

2 cans tomatoes

1 ½ tsp. salt

¼ tps. Pepper

½ tsp. oregano

3 tps. Parsley, chopped

1 box of lasagna noodles

½ lb mozerella cheese grated

½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

1 container ricotta cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Brown ground beef with olive oil and garlic. Add onion, tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Cook noodles 15-20 minutes. Drain and rinse. IN 1 ½ quart rectangular casserole, put layers of noodles, mozzarella, ricotta, meat sauce and parmesan. Repeat until noodles are finished. Cover top with sauce and remaining cheese. Cover top of pan with aluminum foil. Uncover for the last 10 minutes of baking. Bake about 45 minutes
