Tickets are now available for the 2021 Nashville St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway® campaign. The house was built by Signature Homes in the Jackson Hills neighborhood in Mt. Juliet, TN. Celebrating the 17th anniversary, the Nashville St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway® campaign has become one of the leading in the countries, raising more than $19 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The focal point of the campaign is the home being built and donations coordinated by Signature Homes. Valued at approximately $475,000, the 2,600 sq. ft. home features three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, on trend, modern interior design, 11′ ceiling throughout main spaces and master bedroom, and a front office/flex space with a built-in coffee bar. Tickets can be reserved for $100 each. The Grand Prize is the home itself and ticket buyers will also have a chance to win a number of additional prizes, including a new vehicle.
