Tickets are on sale for the 2019 Nashville St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway® campaign. The house is under construction by Signature Homes in the Jackson Hills neighborhood in Mt. Juliet. The home will be open to the public Saturdays and Sundays May 18 through June 16. Hours will be from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturdays and from noon-5 p.m. Sundays. Local volunteers will assist in staffing the open house hours. Those who visit the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway® house can register to win a $10,000 furniture shopping spree at Ashley HomeStore.
Jackson Hills is a one-of-a-kind community featuring amenities never before offered in Mt. Juliet. Homeowners will enjoy resort-style living with a 1,500 square foot fitness center, a coffee bar, 5,000 square feet of party and meeting rooms, volleyball courts, an outdoor amphitheater, a tropical beach entry pool, and a canoe launch. Other features include a 3-mile walking trail and a dog park, as well as community fire pits and a picnic pavilion. Homes in the community range from $275,000 to $515,900.
Celebrating its 15th anniversary, the Nashville St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway® campaign has become one of the leading ones in the country, raising more than $17 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
The focal point of the campaign is the home being built and donations coordinated by Signature Homes. Valued at approximately $500,000, the 3,000 sq. ft. home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open first floor featuring a centralized living and dining room with vaulted ceiling and sophisticated chef kitchen.
The covered porch front entry is complimented by a rear covered patio overlooking the new community sports field. Design Ambassador Michael Moloney from Extreme Makeover: Home Edition! will be designing the master suite and bathroom. National sponsors include BRIZO, Shaw Floors, Trane, and Bosch.
Tickets can be reserved for $100 each. The Grand Prize is the home itself and ticket buyers will also have a chance to win a number of additional prizes, including a new vehicle.
Earlier ticket purchasers are eligible to win additional prizes. Tickets reserved by Friday, March 29, are eligible to win the Tickets on Sale Prize: 2019 CMA Awards® Package, including two lower level tickets to the 53rd annual CMA Awards® courtesy of the Country Music Association®, and a luxurious one night stay, courtesy of Kimpton Aertson Hotel.
