Bailey’s Irish Cream ™ Cake
This amazing recipe was developed with the help of our friends at Cool Springs Wine & Spirits in Franklin. They are a wonderful source for liqueur and wine. 1 package vanilla cake mix 1 (5.9 oz) package instant vanilla pudding 1/3 cup olive oil 3 large eggs 1 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 round cake pans. Mix cake mix with all ingredients in large mixing bowl for about 2 minutes. Pour into cake pans. Bake about 35-45 minutes testing at 35 minutes.
