Black Bean Salsa
Quick and easy to make and healthy too!
Prep Time 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 to 1/2 cups cilantro
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 6 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips or add to your favorite taco recipe.
