Nothing says Happy News Year better than a yummy champagne cocktail. One of my favorite flavors is raspberry. I’ve developed this amazing Valentine’s Day Raspberry Champagne Recipe.
Fresh Raspberries (about 2 cups)
1 Bottle Moscato sparkling or your favorite sweet champagne
1 bottle Chambord® or your favorite Raspberry Liqueur
Muddle raspberries a few raspberries. Strain to remove seeds. Add to champagne glass & mix with 1 shot simple syrup. Add 1 shot of Chambord®. Top the glass off with Sparkling Moscato. Add simple syrup to taste. Add a few whole raspberries for garnish.
