Scary Good Fudge

Fudge by Betty Fisk   4 ½ cups sugar 1 can evaporated milk ½ lb. butter 1 packages semi sweet chocolate bits 1 8 oz. jar marshmallow cream 1 tbsp. vanilla 2 cups chopped nuts (if desired)   Combine sugar, milk and butter in heavy saucepan. Place over moderate heat, stir until mixture begins to boil. Cook for 8 minutes, then removed from heat and stir in the chocolate bit, marshmallow crème, vanilla and nuts. Mom’s Brownie Recipe 3/4 cup butter 1 1/2 cup sugar 3 eggs 3 squares melted unsweetened chocolate 1 cup + 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & flour a 13″ x 9″ cake pan. Cream together butter, sugar & eggs. Add flour. Add melted chocolate. Pour into baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
