This is one of my favorite holiday cookie recipes. I’ve been making it for years. You’ll need a cookie press. 1 cup butter ¾ cup sugar 1 egg 2 ¼ cups sifted flour ½ tsp. baking powder dash of salt ½ tsp. almond extract 1 package dark chocolate (melted) sprinkles   Cream butter and add egg. A super rich pie with a great texture, similar to pecan pie without the pecans. 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup butter cut into pieces 4 large eggs (lightly beaten) 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 dash salt 3 tbsp. light corn syrup 1 whole unbaked pie crust Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Easy Chocolate Pie 9 inch graham cracker crust, chilled 4 small chocolate candy bars 20 marshmallows (regular size) 1/2 cup milk 1/2 pint whipping cream Melt chocolate bars, marshmallows and milk in top of double boiler (or in pan on low heat stirring continuously. When completely melted remove from heat and let cool. Whip cream in large bowl and fold into cooled chocolate mixture. Pour into chilled graham cracker crust. Quick Chocolate Buttermilk Cake

By Mrs. Marion Dexter 1 3/4 cups sifted cake flour 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1/2 cup cocoa 1/2 cup soften butter or shortening 1 cup buttermilk 2 eggs Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa. Add butter (or shortening) and 2/3 cup of buttermilk (or sour cream or yogurt). Beat well about 2 minutes with mixer. Add 1/3 cup more buttermilk and the eggs. Beat 2 more minutes.
